We would love to have invited the world (apart from those few people in it that we don't really like) to join us to share our wedding and celebration. It all turned out to be about numbers though. The ceremony room was limited to just a few and so was the get-together room afterwards. So, it is just immediate close family and just a few more.
For that small and Dior-scented group, the day goes like this:
Arrive in Ipswich in time for meeting up at the Town Hall (Pickwick Room) for about 11:15. There is plenty of parking within a very short walk. Dress up smart if it makes you feel nice, or not, it's completely your choice. If you arrive a bit early The Botanist is next door. You might like to relax there for a while (we wouldn't recommend drifting further than that).
The ceremony is short, but there will still be the opportunity to cheer loudly or applaud if the mood takes you. After that, there will be no waiting around for photographers to grandstand and herd everyone around. We will be off to celebrate our very newly found matrimony with lots of friends at Milsoms Kesgrave. It is about a 10 minute drive with loads of parking. Once there, relax, be yourself, and have a nice time. For the younger members of the family there will be plenty of run-around space and lots of activities.
Travelling home on the day or staying over will be all down to individual circumstances. If you are thinking of staying over please give us a call and we can recommend the best options.
We are so much looking forward to seeing you all!
